Make This Blush Toned Fragonard Cocktail For Your Girls’ Night Out

What’s basically a Bellini but with liquidised strawberries in place of sunshine orange peaches, the Fragonard is symbolic of the call of the summer.

INGREDIENTS

1 bottle prosecco (or any fizzy white wine) 2 tablespoons sugar 500 grams strawberries

METHOD

Hull the strawberries and add them to a blender jar and blitz into a puree with sugar.  Pour it into a glass until it occupies a quarter and fill the rest up with prosecco. Stir and serve cold, garnished with a sprig of mint or half a strawberry.
