Make This Apple Pie Protein Bar At Home!

Why to buy protein bars? When you can make your own healthy and tasty bars on your own? This simple recipe is made with fresh applesauce and cinnamon, it’s worth trying!

Ingredients

2 cups oat flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 2 Tbsp stevia 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp all spice 1 tsp ground nutmeg 1/4 cup almond butter 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Step 1

Begin with adding together oat flour, coconut flour, protein powder, sweetener, and spices in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix them super well and see the texture, add butter, maple syrup and combine well. 

Step 3

Check out the consistency Mix thoroughly before adding the applesauce. The batter will be slightly crumbly but sticky.

Step 4

Now take a parchment paper Line it onto a baking pan. Scoop the protein mixture and make the desired shape.

Step 5

Press down firmly to the edges and set it in Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, serve and enjoy!
