Ingredients

1 cup rice flour ¼ cup tapioca flour ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup hot water Additional rice flour for dusting

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt. Gradually add hot water while stirring until a dough forms.

Knead the dough until smooth, adding more rice flour if sticky. Dust a clean surface with rice flour. Roll out dough to desired thickness.
