Use your stock of pantry sauces to make this flavour-bomb meal that can be quickly prepared in minutes. Top up with a fried egg or add some protein to bulk up its nutritional value.

½ packet flat rice noodles ¼ cup gochujang paste 2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter 1 tablespoon soya sauce 2 teaspoons grated cheese 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon vinegar 2-3 tablespoons water 2 spring onions, chopped 1 fried egg 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Combine the gochujang paste with the peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and water in a bowl.

Pour some hot water over the noodles and allow it to soak as per packet instructions.
