1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 Tsp Ajwain Or Carom Seeds Ghee As Required Salt As Required 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds 1/2 Cup Sev/Bhujiya Dry Fruit Of Choice Water As Required Red Chilli Powder As Required Oil For Frying
First prepare the dough using wheat flour, water and carom seeds. Cover it and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
For mixture grind add all the dry fruit of choice and pulse to get a coarse mix.
Roll out and make small balls of dough fill it with the dry fruit mixture. Seal the edges accordingly.
Now in a deep pan heat oil and just simply fry the kachoris. Take out on napkins to absorb access oil.
Take your favourite dish and present them nicely with desired chutneys and enjoy!
