In a mixing bowl, add soaked and drained soya granules, besan, chopped onion, green chillies and spices like cumin, coriander, chilli powder.

Mix off the ingredients together with a little water to make a very thick kebab batter. The kebab should hold shape when pressed.

In a shallow pan, add a little ghee or olive oil. Let it get heated up.

Make balls out of the soya batter and flatten it with your hands. Then, put them on the heated pan.

Turn and cook on medium flame till both sides are golden. Serve with curd or mint chutney!
