Makhana Lollipops are a delectable fusion of roasted Makhana powder, grated potato, and a medley of dry fruit powders, creating a nutritious and flavourful snack

1 cup Boiled and grated potato 1 cup Roasted Makhana powder ¼ cup Roasted dry fruit powder (Kaju- Badam-Akhrot) 1-2 Finely chopped green chili 2 tsp Chaat masala Black pepper powder as per taste Salt as per taste Fresh chopped coriander
In a bowl, combine boiled and grated potato, roasted makhana powder, roasted dry fruit powder, finely chopped green chili, chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt, and freshly chopped coriander. Mix well to form a cohesive mixture.
Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into small, round lollipops. Insert a small stick into each to create the lollipop.
Place the shaped Makhana lollipops in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Heat a kadhai, add a bit of oil, and fry the Makhana lollipops until they turn golden brown and crisp on the outside.
Plate up these delicious Makhana lollipops, garnish with additional coriander if desired, and relish this healthy and flavourful snack with green chutney.
