Have you heard of ABC Juice? The apple, beetroot and carrot juice is packed with vitamins and can be a great addition to your diet. It can support heart health, improve blood circulation, and provide anti-inflammatory benefits as well. Here's how to make the ABC juice at home.

– 2 medium-sized apples – 1 medium-sized beetroot – 4 medium-sized carrots – 1/2 lemon (optional, for added tanginess) – Ice cubes (optional) – Water (as needed)

Wash and peel the apples and remove the cores. Cut them into smaller pieces. Wash, peel, and chop the beetroot into smaller chunks. Wash and peel the carrots, then chop them into smaller pieces.

Put the apples, beetroot, and carrots through a juicer. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender. Blend the ingredients with a little water and then strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to extract the juice.

In a jug or bowl, combine the freshly extracted juice. If you used a blender, strain the mixture as you pour it into the container. Add lemon juice and mix well.

This juice is best consumed chilled. You can refrigerate it for 3-4 days and top it up with add lime juice before serving.

It's best to make the ABC juice in small batches so you can consume it fresh which is ideal if you're drinking it as an immunity booster.
