Your masala dosa batter should be thick thick. Medium consistency is best.
Overfilling the dosa with filling will cause a crack in the middle. Add only as much filling as needed.
Always use non-stick tawa while making masala dosa. The batter will not stick to the pan.
Cook on low-medium flame. High flame will overcook and spoil the texture.
Do not forget to add ghee while making dosa. This will make it extra crispy and tasty.
