Start your day with a delicious bowl of coconut chia pudding which boosts the nutritional value of your meal and is packed with good fats and minerals.

1 cup coconut milk 4 tablespoons chia seeds 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon peanut butter Fresh fruit, cubed Granola, for garnish

Mix the maple syrup and chia seeds into the coconut milk and rest overnight in the fridge.

Remove it from the fridge and let it come to room temperature before topping it off with peanut butter.
