Made with cheese and flavourful spices, this spinach salad is perfect for a winter breakfast.
4 cups chopped spinach, 2 tomatoes (chopped), 1 apple (peeled & chopped), 1/4 cup cheese Dressing: 1/4 cup walnuts, 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger juice, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp water
In a salad bowl toss the spinach, tomatoes and apples together. Keep aside.
Blend all the dressing ingredients together. Add the water as needed.
Pour the dressing over salad, and sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy!
