Garlic chutney is among the best accompaniments to pair with Indian snacks like pakora, stuffed paratha, potato fritters, and more. It elevates the flavour of the dish and adds spicy notes to it. Moreover, you can store it in the refrigerator for a week and enjoy it with all your meals. Try this recipe.
2 green chillies 1 slice of raw mango 6-8 cloves of garlic Salt to taste A handful of coriander leaves 1 tablespoon lemon juice Water as required 1 teaspoon olive oil
Wash and rinse coriander leaves. Keep the stem as it adds a unique flavour to the chutney.
Peel off garlic cloves and add them to the food processor along with coriander.
Add salt to taste, lemon juice, 2-3 ice cubes of water, a slice of raw mango, and green chillies. Blend everything.
This is optional but you can add a teaspoon of mango pickle mixture to infuse umami flavours to your chutney.
Adjust the consistency of the chutney and add olive oil. Process it again and pour it into a jar.
Store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container and serve it with snacks and meals.
