Avocado Chutney is a new take on traditional Indian chutneys. It combines the creamy texture of avocados with classic Indian spices. Tangy and slightly spicy, it goes well with dosas, parathas, or even as a spread for sandwiches. Here is how to make this chutney:
1 avocado 1 small onion 1 small tomato 2 green chillies 1-inch piece ginger ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves Juice of 1 lemon ½ tsp cumin powder Salt to taste Water
Scoop out the avocado and place it in a bowl.
To the avocado, add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and water.
Blend everything until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and lemon juice as needed.
Serve immediately with parathas, dosas or as a dip.
