Coconut cake is a timeless classic dessert that can give you a tropical vibe. Amping up with coconut frosting can even take this dessert to the next level. Why don’t you give this recipe a try?
2 cups maida 4 cups powdered sugar 2 cups sweetened coconut 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup butter 3 eggs 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix maida, sugar, baking powder, half of sweetened coconut, and salt together.
Blend butter, eggs, coconut milk, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract till smooth.
Gently add the dry ingredients and mix to get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake it for about half an hour.
Prepare the frosting by blending butter, sugar, coconut milk, and vanilla extract till creamy.
Spread the frosting and sprinkle the rest of the sweetened shredded coconut on top.
