This Sweet Potato Chaat makes a very filling and flavorful vegetarian appetizer or snack.
4 large sweet potatoes, 2 tablespoons, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup peanuts raw, 52 grams, 8-10 papdi, 2 tablespoons pomegranate arils, 2 tablespoons cilantro chutney plus, 2 teaspoons sweet chutney, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, 1 lime juice of sev to serve
Peel and then dice the sweet potatoes.
In a bowl add diced sweet potatoes and oil.
Add 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala and 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix.
Roast the mix at 425 F degrees for 15 to 20 minutes and peanuts in a pan on medium heat.
Transfer the roasted sweet potatoes & peanuts and add papdi along with pomegranate arils.
