Ingredients

2 cups murmura 1 cup roasted chana 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 4-5 curry leaves 1-2 dry red chillies ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste

Step 1

Heat some oil and tamper cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Step 2

Add roasted chana and saute. Mix in turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

Step 3

Add murmura and mix well. Roast for 2-3 minutes till crispy.

Step 4

Turn off the heat and season with salt and chaat masala.

Step 5

Once cooled, store it in an airtight container before snacking the next time.
