1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 carrot 1 celery stalk 1 potato 1/2 cup green beans 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 4 cups vegetable broth 1/2 cup water Parmesan cheese

Step 1

Add onion, garlic, carrot, celery, potato, green beans, corn kernels, and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.

Add dried basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the vegetables.
