Lassi is one of the best beverages that we can have during the hot summer season. Made with yogurt, it is extremely delicious and hydrating. Here are some tips to make it.
Use thick and creamy yogurt to make lassi. Homemade yogurt is the best.
Do not over blend the yogurt.. It tends to become thin and runny if done so.
Use dry fruits of your choice to make the lassi more delicious and healthy.
Use chilled yogurt instead of putting ice cubes. The latter waters down the lassi.
Try experimenting with flavours like the seasonal mango or kid's favourite chocolate.
