Raw Nendran bananas (2-3, peeled and sliced) Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon) Red chilli powder (1 teaspoon) Coriander powder (1 teaspoon) Salt to taste Coconut oil (3-4 tablespoons) Mustard seeds (1/2 teaspoon) A Few Curry leaves

Peel the bananas and cut them into equal slices.

Marinate the bananas with turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.

After the seeds splutter, add curry leaves and saute for a few seconds until fragrant.

Carefully place marinated banana slices in the oil and fry in small batches.
