Ingredients

1 tbsp cumin seeds 6 Kachri Salt to taste 12 cloves of garlic 3 tbsp curd 4 dried red chillies 1 tbsp ghee

Step 1

Wash, peel, and chop kachri. You should taste it raw to check if it is not too salty.

Step 2

Add cumin seeds, kachri, garlic, and other ingredients in a blender.

Step 3

Run the grinder until you have a smooth paste.

Step 4

You can adjust the consistency by adding a few tablespoons of water.

Heat a pan and prepare the tempering of ghee, cumin seeds, and red chillies.
