Make Quick And Easy Sattu Sarbat In Just 10 Minutes

Sattu Sarbat is a refreshing and healthy drink made with roasted black chickpea flour. Known for its cooling properties, this drink is popular in Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, and Assam.

Ingredients

1.5 litres chilled water 6 tbsp sattu (roasted black chickpea flour) 4-6 tbsp sugar or jaggery (as per taste) ¼ tsp black salt (optional)

Step 1

Pour chilled water into individual glasses or a mug. Add 2 tablespoons of sattu to each glass.

Step 2

Add 2-3 tsp of sugar or jaggery as per your taste.

Step 3

Add a pinch of black salt to each glass and stir well.

Step 4

Mix everything thoroughly until combined. Serve immediately or chill and stir before serving if kept for later.
