Learn how to make a tangy, refreshing Pudina Chutney in just 15 minutes. This chutney pairs perfectly with tandoori snacks like kebabs, pakoras, or even samosas, offering a fresh, zesty flavour.
3-4 tbsp curd or unsweetened yoghurt 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp dry mango or pomegranate powder 1.5 cups mint leaves (rinsed) 1 cup coriander leaves (rinsed) 1 small onion (chopped) 3-4 garlic cloves (optional) 1 inch ginger (chopped) 1-2 green chilies (chopped) 2-3 tbsp water
Rinse the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly with water.
Chop the ginger, garlic, onion, and green chillies into small pieces.
Blend the mint, coriander, ginger, garlic, onion, and chillies with water into a smooth paste.
In a bowl, beat the curd until smooth and creamy. Mix roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, dry mango powder, and salt into the curd.
Add the green chutney paste to the curd mixture and stir well.
Check the chutney for seasoning, then serve with your favourite snacks!
