2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts) Pinch of salt
In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, and salt. Stir in the honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until everything is well coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Let the granola cool completely to become crispy. Store in an airtight container and enjoy your quick granola as a snack or with yoghurt.
