Prepare a healthy and delicious banana smoothie with just four simple ingredients. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack, this vegan recipe is creamy, naturally sweet, and requires no dairy products.
3 large bananas ½ cup lite coconut milk (thin or medium consistency) ¼ tsp ground cinnamon or vanilla extract 1-2 tbsp nuts or toasted seeds (optional for garnish)
Peel and chop the bananas into small pieces. Add the chopped bananas to a blender.
Pour in the lite coconut milk and sprinkle the ground cinnamon or add vanilla extract.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and consistent. Add water or more coconut milk if too thick.
Pour the banana smoothie into two glasses. Optionally, garnish with toasted nuts or seeds for added texture.
Serve the smoothie immediately for the best taste and freshness.
