Lassi is a classic summer drink that keeps your body cool and nourishes it as well. To add a royal touch to your usual glass of lassi, you can try making elaichi lassi with this easy recipe.
2 cups dahi ¾ cup chilled milk 3-4 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon green cardamom pods Ice cubes A pinch of ground cardamom powder for garnishing
Add dahi, sugar, and crushed cardamom pods in a blender and blend till you get a creamy mixture.
Blend in chilled milk to get a smooth lassi.
Before pouring lassi into glasses, add a few ice cubes.
Garnish each glass with ground cardamom and serve.
