Punjabi Churi is a traditional sweet treat that is usually made from leftover rotis. It's a delicious and economical way to use up rotis while indulging in a sweet craving. Here’s how to make it.
5-6 leftover rotis 2-3 tablespoons desi ghee Sugar to taste Dry fruits for garnish
Crumble the rotis or make bite-sized pieces out of them.
Heat some ghee and add chopped dry fruits and crumbled rotis. Cook for a few minutes.
Gradually add sugar and stir till it melts and coats the roti pieces.
Garnish with additional dry fruits and serve.
