Do you love to drink aam panna to beat the scorching heat of the summer? With this recipe for concentrate aam panna, you don’t have to make the beverage from scratch every day. Follow these six easy steps and get you summer drink for the season.
1 kg raw mangoes 1.5 kg water 2 kg sugar 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon black salt 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder 1 tablespoon dry mint leaves 0.5 teaspoon sodium benzoate Salt to taste
Rinse the mangoes and boil them in a pressure cooker.
Once cooled, peel the skin and mash the mangoes.
Take a pan, add some sugar to water, and boil til it dissolves.
Strain the sugar syrup and add it to mashed mangoes.
Mix in salt, black pepper, black salt, roasted cumin powder, dry mint leaves, and sodium benzoate.
Transfer to an air-tight container and enjoy your aam panna concentrate throughout the summer season.
