This healthy and comforting breakfast is very easy to make. Give it a try with this simple recipe.
1 tbsp oil or butter, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 green chili, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup tomato finely chopped, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, salt to taste, 1 cup crumbled paneer, 2 tsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp lime juice
In a pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.Then add minced ginger, garlic, green chili and sauté for few seconds.
Add onions and sauté till they are soft and translucent. Next, add the finely chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
Cook well and add paneer. Cook for 2 more minutes. Finally add lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy.
