Everyone loves having paratha for breakfast and cannot miss cheesy pizza as their favourite snack. Why don’t you combine those two and make a pizza paratha with this recipe by Bhumika Dhaval Patel?
Dough: 2 cup wheat flour 2.5 tsp oil 1/4 tsp salt Water to knead
Stuffing: 1.5 cup Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp onion finely chopped 1/2 capsicum Red & green finely chopped 5 Olives 5 Jalapeno 2 tbsp boiled corn 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup pizza sauce 2 tsp chilli flakes 2 tsp mixed herbs Basil, oregano, marjoram, rosemary, sage, thyme as required Oil for roasting
Pinch a ball-sized dough, roll it, and flatten it. Also, dust with some wheat flour.
Spread 2 tsp of pizza sauce, leaving the space from the sides. Add a spoonful of pizza stuffing in the centre.
Sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Take the edge and start pleating, bringing it to the centre.
Sprinkle some flour and roll slightly thick. Cook the paratha on both both sides.
Finally, serve hot pizza paratha or cheese paratha with sauce.
