Pizza is one of the most popular and loved dishes all around the world. Everyone has a different favourite topping, but the pizza base is actually the most important element. Let us look at a few tips to get it right!
The dough should be completely hydrated, with around 50% water content.
It is always advisable to cook the pizza at the highest possible temperature in your home oven.
For a good pizza base, it is important to spread the dough evenly.
Cover the pizza dough and let it rest for 30 minutes before making loaves and then again covering with a wet towel overnight.
