Paneer Bhurji made with scrambled paneer (cottage cheese) and a mix of vegetables and spices is one of the easiest dishes to make. It can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and pairs well with bread, parathas, or even rice.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and green chilli. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the crumbled paneer and mix everything thoroughly. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with bread, parathas, or rice.
