Murmura ladoo is an extremely crunchy and irresistible Indian sweet made with puffed rice and gud. To make yourself a guilt-free treat, you can follow this step-by-step recipe.
3 cups murmura 1/2 cup grated jaggery 4 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon ghee
Dry roast murmura for about a minute to give them a crispier texture.
Take a pan and heat some ghee. Add grated jaggery and stir till you get a syrup.
Turn off the heat and add roasted murmura to the syrup. Coat well.
Take small portions of the mixture, shape them into balls, and enjoy.
