For the chutney: 1 cup grated coconut 1/2 cup green chilli 1 tablespoon tamarind paste 1 teaspoon cumin powder Salt to taste Water as needed Other: Pav buns Chopped onions
Mix mashed potatoes, besan, rice flour, green chilli, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a bowl.
Divide the dough into small balls and deep fry till they are crispy. Set aside.
Blend grated coconut, green chilli, tamarind paste, cumin powder, and salt with water to make the chutney.
Take the pavs and slice them in halves. Spread chutney on the bottom half.
Place the crispy vada, add chopped onion, and serve with a green chilli.
