1 cup millet flour 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter) 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup water Sugar for coating
Combine millet flour, ghee, salt, baking powder with water to make a dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Using a cookie cutter, cut the dough into small shapes.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Place the shapes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the biscuits from the oven and coat them with sugar while they are still warm.
