Methi Poori is a delightful Indian bread infused with the earthy taste of fresh fenugreek leaves. It's a perfect addition to any meal, offering a unique blend of flavours and a crispy, fluffy texture.
1 and ½ cups Atta 1 cup Methi leaves ½ tsp. chilli powder ½ tsp. garam masala ½ tsp. amchoor powder ⅛ tsp. turmeric powder ¾ tsp. ajwain Salt to taste Oil as needed
Wash and chop the methi leaves. Heat a pan and sauté the methi leaves until they shrink.
In a mixing bowl, combine atta, methi leaves, and all the spices. Gradually add water to form a stiff dough.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, then knead again. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thick puris.
Heat the oil and fry the puris until golden brown.
