A bit of pasta can leave you in gastronomic heaven, especially if it is al dente in garlic sauce with a creamy consistency. Here is how you can make this sauce and infuse your Italian recipes with flavours.
⅓ cup butter 2 tsp oregano 2-3 crushed garlic cloves ¼ tsp dried basil
Heat a saucepan and melt butter in it.
Add crushed garlic and saute it for a couple of minutes.
Add the spices and herbs to the saucepan.
Garlic sauce is ready, add al dente pasta to it.
Toss pasta until it gets coated with the sauce.
Serve it hot with a mocktail or cocktail to complement it.
