This easy homemade lettuce salad takes only 15 minutes to prepare. With fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce, it’s a quick, healthy dish. Follow these simple steps for a refreshing salad!
2 medium cucumbers, coarsely chopped 4 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1 large bunch lettuce, coarsely chopped 1 small bunch dill, finely chopped 1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil (optional) 1 tsp salt Ground black pepper, to taste Garlic and white vinegar, to taste (optional)
Wash and coarsely chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce.
Finely chop the dill and thinly slice the onion. In a large bowl, add the chopped vegetables and herbs.
Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and toasted sesame oil over the vegetables.
Add salt, ground black pepper, garlic, and vinegar to taste. Toss all ingredients gently until they are combined.
Serve immediately or within an hour for the best freshness.
