Make Laal Maas With These Easy Steps

Prepared with mutton, Laal Maas is a beautiful blend of Mathania red chili peppers, curd, onions, garlic, coriander seeds, ghee, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon and many other spices. 

Step 1

Blend red chilies. Then, add mutton pieces, curd and other spices in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix well and keep it in refrigerator. Heat a pan and roast other whole spices. Sauté well. 

Step 3

Sauté onions. Also add ginger and garlic paste. Mix it again.  

Step 4

Add mutton and cook well for 6 to 8 minutes. Use charcoal and cover the lid.

Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
