5 fish filet 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp red chili powder ½ tsp turmeric powder Black pepper powder ½ lemon Salt Coconut oil Curry leaves
Clean and wash the fish well. Get rid of any excess water and keep it aside.
Grab a large bowl and add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon, black pepper powder, salt, and water and mix everything well.
Let this spicy mixture thoroughly coat the fish steak. Let it marinate for 30 to 40 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat some oil over medium heat and add curry leaves. Add the fish fillets to the pan and cook until those get crispy.
Proceed to flip the fish to the other side and let it turn brown. Serve Kerala fish fry with steamed rice and snake gourd thoran.
