Ditch The Usual Paratha; Stuff It With Keema

Made with deliciously prepared keema, this non-veg paratha is best served with curd or chicken curry. 

Ingredients

½ tbsp cumin powder, ½ tsp ginger, ½ tbsp garam masala powder, 1 ½ cup wheat flour, salt as per taste, ½ tbsp garlic, ½ tbsp coriander powder, 2 chopped onion, 1 tbsp turmeric, ½ cup water, ¼ tbsp red chilli powder, 1 chopped green chilli, 3 tsp ghee 

Step 1

Add all the spices, meat, ginger, and garlic & salt into a pan. Add water and cook them properly till tender. 

Step 2

Make a dough of flour with salt, ghee and water and prepare small balls. Make a dip in the middle and stuff a portion of keema inside. 

Step 3

Seal the dough well with your fingers and roll out the dough like roti and roast on the pan. 

Step 4

Apply ghee on both the sides and cook till they are golden brown. Serve hot with curd.
