Ingredients

200gm jamun Water as required Milk as required

Step 1

Deseed Indian blackberry and don’t throw away the seeds. Keep them in the sun for 3-5 days.

Step 2

Once the seeds are dry, it will be easier to remove the outer shell and the green core will be exposed.

Step 3

Press the seeds to break the core and sun dry them again.

Step 4

Use a grinder to turn broken seeds into a powder and run it through a sieve to remove large chunks.

Step 5

Store the jamun seeds powder in an airtight container.

Step 6

You can consume the powder with either milk or water and extract its benefits for your health.
