Make Jaisalmeri Chana With These Easy Steps

Ingredients 1 cup kala chana 1 tsp ghee Hing 2 ½ tsp coriander powder   2 tsp cumin powder ½ tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp red chili powder ½ tsp garam masala 2 cups curd 2 tsp besan Coriander to garnish

Step 1

Soak black chickpeas in water. After this, transfer the chickpeas with 4 cups of water to a pressure cooker. 

Step 2

Let it cook till 4 whistles. When done, drain the cooked chickpeas and keep them aside. 

Step 3

Add curd and all the spices to a bowl. Mix well so that there are no lumps.

Step 4

Heat ghee in a pan and add ghee and cumin seeds. Then, add curd mixture and chickpeas water. 

Step 5

Add boiled chickpeas and let it cook. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
