Rasmalai is one of the favourite desserts when it comes to Indian households. Try this instant ras malai recipe to impress your guests whenever they visit.
1 cup milk powder 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands 1/2 cup water 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon rose water
Mix milk powder, sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands to knead a dough. Make small rasgullas out of it.
Boil the rasgullas and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cook milk and sugar. Add the cooked rasgullas to the milk syrup with some rose water.
Let it chill and serve.
