Make Instant Ragi Uttapam For Busy Mornings

Ingredients

¾ cup finger millet flour, ½ cup semolina, 1 cup yogurt, 1 onion (finely chopped), 1 green capsicum (finely chopped) 1 inch ginger (finely chopped), 1 green chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 10-12 curry leaves, 1 tsp baking soda, salt to taste, oil as required

Step 1

Combine semolina and ¾ cup yogurt in a bowl and mix. Add flour, onion, capsicum, ginger, chillies, cumin and mustard seeds and mix well.

Step 2

Add remaining yogurt, water and mix. Set aside for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, add curry leaves, baking soda and salt to the mixture.

Step 3

Pour a ladleful of the mixture, spread into a shape of uttapam. Roast both the sides till golden and crisp. Serve hot.
