Indo-Chinese fried rice is sold on every street in India. It is a perfect recipe to transform leftover rice into a lip-smacking delight. It is best enjoyed with a cup of tea, soda, mocktails, and even cocktails. Follow this guide.
½ cup chopped bell peppers 1 cup cooked rice 1 tbsp chopped garlic 4-5 chopped French beans 1 chopped carrot 1 slit green chilli ¼ cup green onion 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp soy sauce Salt to taste
Heat a wok or lightweight kadhai and add oil to it.
Saute garlic and add vegetables. Cook them on a high flame.
Once vegetables are half done, add sauces and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Add rice and season the mixture with pepper and salt.
Toss rice and vegetables together for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame and enjoy a hot plate of fried rice.
