Idli is a classic South Indian breakfast option. If you make idlis regularly, you might often have leftovers. To make the most of them, you can make idli chaat and give it a delicious spin.
Steamed idlis - 8 Curd - 1/2 cup Chopped onions - 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons Tamarind chutney Green chutney Sev - 1 tablespoon Oil - 1 tablespoon Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper
Cut the steamed idlis into 5-6 pieces. Shallow fry the idlis till they are crispy.
Prepare the chaat mixture by adding the chopped idlis to the curd.
Coat the idlis well, and then add chopped onions and cilantro.
Add tamarind and green chutney and mix well. Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and pepper to taste.
Garnish with sev and enjoy the fusion dish.
