Hara bhara kabab is a vegetarian’s go-to healthy snacking option. Made with a mixture of vegetables, the kababs are not only nutritious but are also utterly flavourful. Here’s how you can make it quickly at home.
Chopped spinach leaves - 2 cups Boiled peas - 1 cup Potatoes - 2 Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup Chopped coriander - 1/4 cup Green chillies - 2 Garlic ginger paste - 1 tablespoon Garam masala - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Take boiled and mashed potatoes, blanched spinach leaves, boiled peas, chopped coriander, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and mix them together.
Mix in breadcrumbs, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into circular kababs.
You can choose to fry, grill, or even bake the kababs till they are crispy.
Once they are cooked, you can serve them with green or red chutney.
