It’s the winter season and a perfect time to indulge in delicious and nutritious recipes like bajra chilla. You can also add methi or fenugreek leaves to the batter to make it healthier. Follow this guide.
½ cup curd 1 cup bajra flour ¼ tsp baking soda 2 tsp ginger, garlic, chilli paste ½ cup chopped methi leaves ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 cup water 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds Salt to taste Oil for making chilla ¼ tsp asafoetida 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Take a bowl and combine bajra, curd, and water. Keep it aside.
Add spices, methi leaves, coriander leaves, and salt to the batter.
Let the batter sit for a while.
Adjust the consistency by adding more water.
Spread this chilla batter on a hot skillet.
Roast the chilla on both sides and enjoy it with green chutney.
