Make Healthy 3-Ingredient Cookies From Instant Oats

Everyone deserves a sweet treat when they need it. But if you're looking to live and eat healthier, finding the right snacks for you can be hard.  This simple 3-ingredient cookie hits all the right spots while also being nutritious and healthy.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas 1 cup of instant oats 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder 2 tbsp honey (optional)

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until they're smooth. Add honey if desired.

Step 2

Add the instant oats and cocoa powder to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.

Step 3

Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop small balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly.

Step 4

Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 C or until the edges of the cookies are slightly browned.

Step 5

Cool thoroughly before eating and store in an airtight container.
