Kombucha is a probiotic drink that can improve your gut flora and help with bowel movement. It is easy to make at home, and you can serve it at a gathering or kitty party. Try the recipe.
1 star anise 10 cups water 2 tsp black tea ½ cup sugar 3 cloves 1-inch cinnamon ½ tsp fennel seeds 1-inch ginger 3 cardamom
Boil water in a pan and add loose black tea to it.
Add the spices mentioned or any other spice that you like.
Bring the ingredients to a boil.
Turn off the flame and add sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Strain the ingredients and refrigerate the concoction.
Add ice to the jug and enjoy your kombucha.
